COMPANY BACKGROUND
Compretone was co-founded in 2010 by Abel Thabe Daniels, the Chief Executive Officer and director who holding 95% ordinary shares in “Compretone Investments (Pty) Ltd” and Mr. William Mosai the Chief Financial Officer and director holding 5% ordinary shares. The business is located Vereeniging.
The business is focused on rare creative software developments, electronic designs manufacturing and other innovative technology driven solutions. We feel that we have a competitive advantage over our competitors due to the inventive-type of product range of creative technology design concepts in that they are new, original, value added, affordable and bear quality element.Our product range stands out compared to our competitors because they have been designed and developed as inventions and are industry specific combining Information Technology and the Law as a hybrid business model.
Our products have no prior existence anywhere in the world and are pure inventions and Compretone is the holder of exclusive proprietary right to patents and copyright over the products respectively. Compretone has existing strategic partnership arrangements with and is an accredited enterprise development partner with major companies and Institutions such as Samsung, Lenovo, VUT Science and Technology Stations, Communica Group, and BCX Group. This collaboration ensures optimization of system integrations and is essential to the successful execution of this project and its objectives.
VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT
Our Vision is to plan for, acquire, develop, and sustain a strong and diverse IT workforce with expanded learning and training programs across Compretone, Further the overall IT knowledge, expertise and opportunities across competencies of the various organs of the State, and improve targeted recruitment, professional development, and talent/performance management. Our mission on IT strategies for the next five years are grounded in legislative and regulatory drivers that inform the requirements for the need to introduce other software solutions within the judiciary to improve on research, case management, enhancement of the administration of justice and IT management.

Experience across the public and private sectors have proven that there are financial and “time-to-solution” benefits from pooling acquisitions for commodity IT products and services. Compretone Technologies is the OSM in relation to the DCRM and utilises its hybrid business models to IT solutions – Saas (Software as a service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a service). It intend on bringing these benefits to the broadest array of users across the DoJ& CD and to the OCJ as a means to reduce costs of operations and free up resources for more transformative technology projects.

THABE ABEL DANIELS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Adv. Daniels founded Compretone Technologies and has an enormous legal experience of about 18 years of practice in the field of corporate and commercial law. He worked for various commercial law firms before moving on to be admitted to practice as the Advocate of the High Court. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Limpopo (Turfloop), Certificate in Practical Legal Training from the Law Society of Northern Provinces and Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg and was a part-time Law Lecturer at the University of North-West (Vanderbijlpark). He is a registered member of the Legal Practice Council and a candidate for the Master of Laws (LLM) degree specializing in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa.
MAHLOMOLA MOSIA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Mahlomola Mosai has extensive experience in financial and management accounting. He worked and held senior key portfolios in a number of companies such as Mbewu Economic Consulting CC, Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), South African Customs Union (SACU), and has assisted multiple SMME’s in financial accounting. He is qualified and certified as a Financial Accountant with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), Tax Practitioner (SARS), and Compliance Officer with the Institute of Compliance Officers. In his career of about 25 years, Mr. Mosai is a senior lecturer in Financial Accounting at the Vaal University of Technology and holds Certificate Training in Private Public Partnership with the National Treasury, National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting (VUT), Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) degree in Cost and Management Accounting (VUT), Master’s degree in International Finance from Curtin Business School (CBS)–Curtin University, Perth, Australia. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public Financial Management at the Northwest University, Vaal campus.
BITAHWA BINDU
SYSTEMS ARCHITECT ENGINEER
Bitahwa possesses extensive experience in the field of software development, electronic, electrical, and mechanical engineering. In his career which spans for about 15 years, he worked for Provicom Electronics, Omega, and Siemens SA where he became instrumental in the development and implementation of PRASA Gauteng Re-signalling Project as a Systems Architecture Engineer in the PLC embedded software programming, systems configurations, and development. In 2011, he was involved in the development of SiPass Security Management Systems Software for Small Enterprise Development (SEDA). He regularly writes and posts informative industry-related articles in the studentcompanion.co.za site for engineers and system developers. Bitahwa obtained N1-N6 Certificate from Central Johannesburg College, National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from Vaal University of Technology

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jos Badimo has enormous technical experience in Enterprise Systems Development and Support both in the field of Mining, Banking, State-Owned Enterprises, and Local Government. He worked for Anglo American (InfoGold) as Application Programmer to Project Manager between 1988 – 1998. Joined Absa Bank Ltd as a Senior Systems Consultant in the development and implementation Electronic Payment System (EPS). Jos is director of MIIB Technologies (Pty) Ltd, an SAP ERP system accredited supplier and he worked extensively in the sales, customization, and deployment of ERP systems. At EOH, Jos worked as the Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive (Public sector). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from Vista University (University of South Africa).
MAMOSA MOTJOPE
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Mamosa has worked as a software developer, business analyst, strategy development consultant, business turnaround specialist since 2003. She accumulated her practical experience at a number of top firms, including Standard Corporate and Investment Bank, JP Morgan Chase (London and South Africa), Gemini Consulting, Absa Capital, and the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). She co-founded Thuso Risk, a company that assists entrepreneurs to raise capital as well as manage risk. Mamosa holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Wits University, MBA from Edinburg Business School, Graduate School of Business of Heriot-Watt University in the UK

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Moeketsi has experience in Graphic and Web Design as a Creative Director and is the creative leader at an advertising agency for the marketing department. Moeketsi works with the creative team to create, plan, and deliver a strategic vision for clients. He specializes in the digital image and product design. Moeketsi holds a Diploma in Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand, and he is Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Design
